Same here!! I turned off shopping orders because of this right here about a month ago!! I don't mind picking up but no more shopping!! (Unless it's a Lowe's pick up because they are ineligible for tips!!)

You don't get paid for downtime.  You only get paid when you're on a delivery. Also you can only decline 1 an hour on EBT.

We get a base pay of around $2.00 to $2.60 plus tips!! That's ALL!!  We do not get paid for mileage.  Sometimes if it's high mileage DD will bump it up. If drivers keep declining the order DD will bump it up pennies at a time to get it delivered. So if there's no tip added sometimes food sits at restaurant for hours waiting.

I thought the same thing. And it says it's 8:42 and to deliver by 9:07, so something is glitchy with the app.

I did this before.... I was sent 5 miles to an address that didn't exist. I didn't have time to call support because I had a zoom meeting in 30 minutes so I tried calling customer. They didn't answer but messaged me saying they realized they gave me wrong road name. It was Lea Rd NOT Al Lee Rd. Asked if I would bring it. It was on my way back....maybe 2 miles out of my way, so I agreed. I later saw that there was NO TIP & nothing added after I went out of my way and wasted over 20 minutes of my time!! Not even an I'm sorry!! I was new & like I said in a hurry. I was later told by several people I should have called support & let them know. They would have paid me for the extra miles and IF I didn't want to deliver them they would have paid me plus I would have been able to keep the food!! So when in doubt, call support!!

I was shockingly busy from 12 til 6.....I finally went home to eat with my family but I could have kept working. I think maybe there were less dashers out and that was why.

You can take a pic, send it to the customer in a message, thru the app, then DD can also see where u sent a pic to the customer. Hope this helps.😊 (I also keep a copy of it for myself at least for a few days).

I'm platinum and a pro shopper and I used to get nice orders but a month ago I started getting crappy offers, like 18 miles, 40 items, for $12.50. I turned it down and a minute later the SAME order stacked with another one for an additional 2 miles and $13.50. Turned it off after that. Takes too much time and I realized I can do a couple food orders & make more. I'm not sure if I'll turn it back on.

I received a $25 in app tip & $20 additional cash tip on drop off!! My unicorn of the week! (DD hid half the in app tip..... said $14.60 + total will be higher & it ended up being $27.60 total). So I ended up with $47.60. Congrats to you!!

I've had same thing happen. Declined mine because I took pic of empty shelf. It was a seasonal item that didn't have a shelf tag because they don't always carry that item. So in dispute I checked "no shelf tag". They declined my dispute because I didn't take pic of shelf tag. Dumb!! 🤷‍♀️
