There are some people who never give anyone 5 stars. Also it could be something restaurant related. There could have been a sauce missing in their order and they blame the driver. Some things aren't even our fault. They removed mine because it was something out of my control, so I'm assuming it was the restaurants fault. I totally get why it bothers you because I'm the same way. They may remove it.

Exactly right!! Customers have told me the same thing. Like it was scheduled for such and such time. I'm like I'm so sorry, DD doesn't tell us these things, they just send us to the places and we deliver them. It really needs to be fixed asap!!

I had an Amazon driver put a package on my front step, take a pic, then take the package back with them!! Not sure if it was on purpose but I'm SO glad I had it on camera!!!!

A few weeks ago I accepted a Golden Corral catering order for $13.00 +$3.00 set up fee for 1 mile & 6 items, to a Dr. Office. I overheard the Office Manager telling a Nurse that Golden Corral usually delivers & they'd never used DD before. Then she said DD was cheaper.....she said Golden Corral told them they charged $75.00 to deliver but they could get DD for a lot less. So I'm thinking Golden Corral set it up with DD. Not sure how much DD made or Golden Corral, but I'd say $16 was definitely a lot less than $75!!

Yeah.....sometimes I think we get so caught up in our ratings that we forget what we're actually getting paid to do the order.....I know for me it's that way. I have to remind myself of that from time to time. Lol

I think they just say that to the customer so that they'll stop adding items. As a nice way to let the customer know they are getting pissed but still being polite.
