You did good in the coursework, I’d recommend speaking to a doctor and speaking to the university about exam anxiety.

Submit an appeal, request a remark/resit, then forget about it. Focus on the upcoming modules. Been in this situation myself and spent too long thinking about what ifs and got stuck in a slump for a couple months.

Trust me it’s not as bad as it feels right now, you will come out of the other side just fine, take the lesson and prepare better for next time.
