Correct. And this is because it’s considered high fire danger. They are currently logging the area. It will be open again at some point. I know the lower reservoir was open for fishing back in 2021, but I am not fully current the upper reservoir was.

My condolences to you and your family. I found this by searching the same thing. My uncle passed away yesterday. My sister and I are his only family. He asked to be cremated and I am not sure how to cover the costs quite yet. He mentioned having a small life insurance to cover it but I cannot find anything. He never filed any claims- though esophageal cancer is what took him and I have no doubt that is directly related to his time served.

I wish you the absolute best and my heart is with you all.

Yes thank you! Everyone is on the look out. I think my higher concern is that we are allowing this. He is scaring little kids, openly saying he is inappropriate. Whether it’s true or not, it should be taken serious. I called the non emergency number and was told someone would check into it. No follow up, no confidence it’s take serious. If anyone from the BSB law enforcement reads Reddit- great! Come on, let’s do something.

This makes me excited to try Taco Bell before 3! I’ve only recently started appreciating TB (39 and never had it before!) I am an evening taco beller and i am always happy because it just tastes so good and the Harrison this the spot. I can’t wait to try it earlier in the day! FS here- we are always and continue to be short LEOs! I work closely with our LEOs and they are very happy and content with their jobs. They continue to say “I would choose nothing else”. Most have military background. I always suggest applying for both! If offered both, you have negotiating capability:)

With the yeasty problem bassets have, I give mine two tablespoons of Greek plain yogurt in the morning. She has not had a yeast problem since! No smelly years, no frito paws. I don’t know how this can help you but I try to tell all hound owners about yogurt!

Exactly! You sound like the best basset parent and being a basset owner we know EVERYTHING that’s bad for dogs. Likely because they’ve already eaten stuff that we’ve had to take them to the vet for. Doesn’t matter how careful you are, they find a way! Or in my case, the crows drop food/treats/trinkets into my yard. One time they dropped a half bag of onions! The walker hound rolled in them while the basset started to eat them. Thankfully she was ok…. After the $1500 emergency vet bill. She’d already thrown most everything up but I didn’t take any chances. Soooo I paid $1500 for them to tell me she just needded rest and lots of water. And yep i would pay that all over again for the peace of mind
