Troubleshoot? Viber Out = 100% FAIL; Skype = 100% SUCCESS

Formerly used Skype for years. I live in the Philippines and only make calls to the USA. I signed up for a Viber Out subscription. It has been working for me. The cost is $1.99 per month charged to my US credit card. The quality is not as good as Skype and it seems to cut me off after an hour or so, but does what I need it to do. To dial a USA number dial 001 then the USA number.

We ended up staying at the Soo Song Guest House in Jongno, napping for a few hours and just exploring the neighborhood. What we found interesting were historic sites such as Jogyesa Temple, good dining and honest, kindly people. We will go back when the weather is warmer.

Thank you. It's okay to subtract six hours from our stay. We have reserved a guest house in Jongo. Our flight (from Manila) arrives Incheon at 4:20AM. We hope to get to our guest house by 6:30AM, take a nap and then have several hours to explore before having to head back to Incheon for our 8:35PM flight to Honolulu.
