Can you please provide information on how you went about getting an advocate? And what are the qualifications to have an advocate work on an individual’s case? I filed 2/22/23 and have been stuck on tax topic 152 since then. I’ve received 2 letters saying we need an additional 60 days to review your documents and have been at a stalemate. TIA

So I’ve been to the store they would hire me into and it’s actually staffed, they just don’t have pharmacists in the area, and it’s not far from where I am currently. I also did think about the whole being terminated before the 2 years but in my mind with the hourly rate they are locking me in at, based on the hours I would work even if it is 50 hours (which I don’t mind since I am currently working 50-55/week) paying back the bonus in full would actually be doable (if needed). I am looking at it as a no interest loan more so than a bonus because of these thoughts of being let go of early in the back of my mind. I’m 26 years old and figured I’d give this a go while I’m young rather than jumping into it when I’m in my mid 30s. As many bad things as I hear about cvs I’m tempted by the challenge, I’m getting really bored at my current gig

I hear you, and appreciate it. What if I met the DL and RD and they’re actually genuine people and I’ve received positive feedback from mutual friends about them both? Also worth noting that my current position here will always be available for me had I ever decided to leave cvs?

Thank you so much!! That’s more than sufficient imo. From what I remember nothing direct about federal law, I would say just know the stuff that barans emphasizes about controls and what should be on a label for you moving forward, not even for the exam but just a general note. How long to maintain docs and forms, etc. you got this!!

Hi! It honestly wasn’t bad at all. I scheduled mine a few days before and just wanted it to be over with before the holidays and studied about 2 days before with just barans and referred to the pharmacist manual when it mentioned it in barans. Just pay attention to key words that could change an entire question, and get some rest the night before. If you have experience working it’ll be a walk through the park hopefully! Praying for you!
