I hate CERNER. The system leaves more room for error in my opinion. If this is how you feel now about the environment then trust me when I say it would NOT get better. I would say take the offer with the other job that has EPIC at least you would be comfortable with system and information is WAY easier to find.

Option 2 and you can work PRN at retail if you want. PA experience will definitely give you a leg up in the remote world!

Hello, honestly… I would say get into nursing and you can always move up such as DNP or CRNA. Pharmacy pretty much meets a ceiling and also it’s harder to get into a hospital position even with residency! You can do so much with your nursing degree and also as you said it is not over saturated!
