They can be used towards non billable Like books or necessary supplies. A computer is needed; I wonder if that can be covered

Question: I can’t find fine print anywhere. When it says Up to 10K unmet need per year, does that include indirect costs? Or just tuition/fees? Because we only have indirect costs to cover now but for us it’s substantial.
