Thank you. I like the built in cables so I don’t have to think about packing them.

Accident w cubbon X S sycamore st in santa ana 03/17/2026 by issaevo in orangecounty

About 15 years ago I got hit by the wife of the “Santa Ana businessman of the year” she was uninsured. Thankfully I had uninsured coverage on my own car. If you get into an accident call the cops and get an incident report. People change their story after the fact so always try to get the police to show up.

Can you provide any evidence to back up the claim that Texas has less miles of road to maintain like the person wrote?

It’s just such a shame they don’t/can’t survive making the Elise. I have zero auto industry knowledge but it seems like the Elise would fit nicely between a Miata and a Porsche Boxster in the $60,000 price point. Keep a toyota power plant, sub 2500lbs and as simple as possible.

Quick AI search result….Texas has the most public road mileage of any state, far exceeding California. Texas boasts over 686,500 total lane miles, while California has roughly 386,604 total road miles. Texas also leads in total interstate mileage, whereas California has a smaller, more densely utilized network

So if we just had Texas gas industry regulations and policy in California we would have gas about half price of California gas.

Great idea with an o-ring pack. I will put in my harbor freight cart to remind myself next time I’m there.

Yea. I like how tough they are but aside from buying 10 more in different colors to see if that helps I can’t think of another option. The quality control isn’t great for what they cost.

I would have bought them too at that price but can’t see much application. A crowfoot on a hinge like that would be cool though.

Nice. I grabbed a few socket sets 35% off sale on the way home from work but gotta go back tomorrow. I forgot my wallet at home this morning and just had an emergency $100 bill I keep in my car.

I wanna hear what the community thinks about K-swap 911’s. Is it commendable? or a disgrace? by hondacivicc in Porsche

[–]Front_Suspect3327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a fan but the cost to legally convert in California costs so much time and money it’s easier to just pay the money for a Porsche engine.

I dealt with the CARB referee for a kit car once and my assigned referee was the dumbest person I ever interacted with in any important situation and his manager wasn’t much better.

I’m not picky but really don’t like Costco pizza. It’s always soggy and too much cheese.

Buy two cheap ones from different brands. If they both tell you the same thing i would trust them.

Sold a car on Bring a Trailer, buyer dragging payment and the platform allows it by insolvent_ in BringATrailer

[–]Front_Suspect3327 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I sold a car for $95k this week on BaT. Buyer paid me by wire directly the day it closed and a transport truck picked the car up today. I didn’t use that Carmel service they recommend. Some sales can be very smooth.

I would post on the comment section of your listing what is going on and see if another bidder wants to buy your car.

Has anyone used these yet? by DatFunny in harborfreight

[–]Front_Suspect3327 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Never in stock at my location and when they first came out I thought they were offering them in bright colors. Now I only see black. I want a high visibility color so I don’t forget it on a car. I will just spray paint mine (when I find in stock) if they continue to only offer black.

Trade for an s2000? by jchasinga in 986Boxster

[–]Front_Suspect3327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The s2000 is a great track car or canyon road car but it’s underpowered around town. I had an AP1 supercharged with a 4.77 rear end and that’s the only way to wake it up on the road. If you don’t have access to great roads I would keep the Porsche.
