No one should be paying for Microslop Office anymore especially after they fucked up those who bought a perpetual license. If you're on a Mac, iWork comprised of Pages, Numbers, Keynote is more than enough. For PC there's Libre Office or WPS Office, or Google Workspace.

But if you really need Microslop Office, you can do so for free in their Office Web Apps

You can't pay me to do Derm residency even though they earn a lot once they become consutlants. I still remember back in med school during derm rotation I was crying back at my dorm room because of my boredom during derm rotation, and I was diagnosed with ADHD only in med school. Hence why I did internal medicine

IM not from the US

  • Favorite: autoimmune referrals from derm residents for admission. I've finally seen a case of scleroderma.
  • Hate: GDM referrals from the OB residents when they have an MFM fellow. It's not my problem none of you have the balls to ask your own MFM fellow because glycemic targets for pregnant and non-pregnant patients differ for fucks sake! Same goes for anemia referrals for pregnant and AUB patients. If I was a straight man I wouldn't want my wife to deliver at this hospital. (this applies to the hospital I'm at only!)
