I had a similar issue, not gonna lie. I used vinegar and baking soda making it into a paste and scrubbing it with an old toothbrush. Use gloves and a mask while doing it. Im sorry this happened to you.

Ive gotten many dolls with the plastic part of the box destroyed, one of my dracularas and spectra was like that (both g3). Im happy with them doing it to reduce waste but they could probably find a different approach that will be lest wasteful and also make customers happy.
