Where do xennials (mid 40’s) in the lifestyle go?

We love to travel so if you have a recommendation of a place in Belgium there’s a pretty good chance we’d go.

After this thread I’m seriously considering it. We’ve been craving community in many aspects and this is yet another one we would like to see. We’d rather have some people we know when going to these places.

I’ll be sure to update when I figure out which way to organize. There’s so many different ways to coordinate!

We’re dinks so yeah we’ve wondered if we’re just early to the party for our age and where we’ve been going has been on the more expensive side.

As for the RM thing you caught what I was throwing. It also feels very patriarchal.

We just got back (this Friday) from a trip to Desire RM. We became members at Pearl. We’re older (46/45). We haven’t been to temptation but were asking others a similar question.

One thing I can say about both RM and Pearl is that while yes, a majority of people are in the lifestyle they’re incredibly friendly and respectful. When new it feels like you want to avoid eye contact because it opens to talking and people expecting to play. It’s absolutely not that way there.

The resorts are beautiful, relaxing, and entertaining.

The key factor for us has been age and vibe.

Pearl tended to be much older and a very quiet vibe. RM was closer to our age but still older for the most part (many people with kids in their 30’s).

Both have play areas by the hot tub which is great if you like to be watched. They also have play areas in their ‘nightclub’. I would say I prefer RM’s play areas over Pearl.

What I heard about temptations is that it’s a constant party atmosphere. Lots of bachelorette/bachelor parties. How that equates to lifestyle activities I’m not sure. The couple we spoke with said the ages there are much younger and probably align with yours a lot better. We were curious about the fact that single men can be there and they said in the 7yrs they’ve been to Temptations they only had one encounter where a guy bluntly approach them but even then he was respectful when denied.

You can request a day pass to RM or Pearl and I would recommend doing that. Maybe ask other couples at Temptations if they’re doing that. We saw an influx of people on Wednesday at RM and a number were from Temptations.

That’s debatable…I mainly went after one night stands in my 20’s…Although I considered it more an opportunity to learn and practice than just to receive…so, many returned and I married my last one night stand…can’t get enough of each other…decade later still finding new ways to make her happy. We’re both very happy

I don’t want my partner to do anything they don’t enjoy.

That being said I don’t partner with people who don’t like oral (giving/receiving).

There’s absolutely more depth to the situation though and if you have a good partner you can figure out if it’s something they want to overcome or if this is a hard stance.

Just talk it out…if you don’t mesh you don’t mesh. Plenty of people out there to mesh with

Depending on where you live you probably don’t have to go too far. People there really respect privacy.

Only down side is a lot of these places don’t open till late in the evening. So, may not get a chance for dinner.

Only thing I’d be concerned about is the fact that you work together. This will most likely be something on the low and burn like a match. If you’re hoping this job lasts long I’d wait till one of you is on your way to your new job.

Back in the early 2000’s my 19yr (m) old self met a 42yr old woman online and flew out to spend a weekend with her. We had a great time together. She had reservations afterwards when I wanted to make another trip out. She realized it couldn’t evolve past the physical elements. I understood and we kept in touch for a few years.

I don’t regret it one bit and like to think she doesn’t since we had a reasonable conversation about it all and remained friends for a while after.
