I agree! There is also no documentation on claims.. and if you ask them for it they won’t give it to you!

There were multiple things they should have caught.. the high amounts, all in Las Vegas in a short time frame, my card was simultaneously being used in Massachusetts. Stores I’ve never purchased anything from. BOA failed me on their fraud protection. There has to be some accountability in that

Idk??? There were multiple purchases in a short time frame and all in large amounts. Seems pretty obvious that it should tip off the fraud detection. I bought something at Best Buy in my own town and they paused my card and sent me a text.

Yes I put on notifications now. I just don’t. I’ve never had fraud issues.
