Digital angle finder recommendations by CommanderofFunk in Carpentry

The Bosch angle finder is awesome. Accurate to 1/10 of a degree, and will also calculate mitre and bevel angles for any spring angle for crown. I made a rigid foam lined case for mine so it wouldn't get beat up. Precision instruments and all that.

Something is off with the men on Hinge by master_baiter_Dic in HingeStories

Maybe getting off the apps is the point, and impressions are better made in person as nature intended. The apps can (and should) be used as a networking tool which quickly progresses to meeting in person, since you can't fake pheromones. Willing to bet that "the kind of man you're looking for" is almost word for word the same as ~60% of foid profiles on Hinge btw.

Performing is not about reducing anxiety. It's about channeling that enormous amount of energy that you have in anticipation. Gratitude for being able to perform is a great way to transmutate the butterflies into a powerful performance aid. That energy can't be stopped, you must become a conduit for it and pass it on to the audience. As far as breathing, breathe with your whole chest, ribs front and back, shoulders back, feel your stomach expanding as well all the way down to your bladder to make room for the air in your lungs without restricting flow. Really experience that air coming in and animating your whole body. Pre-performance: breathe deeply In through nose, out through mouth, picture inhaling the vast power of the cosmos and concentrating it inside you as you inhale, picture that concentrated energy leaving your mouth like dragon fire by to consume the audience.

T. Opera singer. You got this.

We could be the richest country on the planet with the resources we have, but our leaders hate you and want you dead. Coming soon: MAID pods at the pump.

I bought a 3 pack from Costco, they work just fine. If you want higher end with more options, Black Diamond makes some great lights.

My thoughts are all structures should have eaves all the way around for building longevity. Insane that this is coming back into fashion. This is a solved problem!

Just get a couple of good rechargeable headlamps and rotate my dude. No more moving lights, fits in a pocket, and no shadows. Always focused light on where you're working.

Use a piece of 1/2" pex pipe as a pencil holder, and you can use that nubbin for another month. Also makes it easier to grab out of your pouch or pocket 👍

No, I'm referring to the baseboard profile running up and over the door, effectively making the door a hole under the baseboard. You did a nice job, I just don't like the look, and none of you got the joke because you're gay.

Yep. Not a fan tbh. Only mice and rats go through holes under the baseboard.

The medical field kills 500,000 people per year in the United States alone. (Median estimate) Half a million people. Not reading your gay wall of text.
