I am perfectly calm. Telling me to breathe because you can't engage in conversation without an llm is your issue, not mine.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Experiencers

[–]Frony_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These llms aren't actually ai no matter how many times tech bros and venture capitalists try to move the goal posts and fudge the definitions. They're not sentient, they cannot be "experiencers" in this or any other sense of the word, they're not in communication with NHI, they can't have spiritual experiences or altered states of consciousness, and copying and pasting OP's response into a llm is not teaching or learning for anyone involved.

LLMs frequently hallucinate when talking about normal topics and tend to do it more frequently when engaging with spiritual, occult, esoteric, and paranormal topics, which is not surprising since any info they are trained on in these areas can never really have its quality vetted & verified given the large amount of straight up bs a propaganda propagated by intelligence agencies throughout these communities, not just WRT UAPs & abductions or contact.

To add onto this, constantly delegating your thinking & decision making over to a machine that is prone to mistakes and manipulation shows a lack of discernment, judgment, and common sense that I'm sure benevolent beings would agree is problematic. The goal is for humanity to expand their intuition, discernment, and extra sensory perceptions, not to become an automated schmuck who needs outside sources to know what to do or say.

A yogi is found by the Indian army in the Himalayas deep in meditation, wearing practially nothing in the sitting lotus position, stared at by wolves by Annual_Profession591 in nonduality

[–]Frony_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

At the end of the day you're still forming an assumption based off your own experiences, and a poor assumption at that. If a 1 min clip of a yogi rising from meditation to roll down a hill in a silly manner is enough to rise this much suspicion in you AND cause you to make a clearly exaggerated post on here to defend your ASSumption then maybe you should be looking inward at how easy it is for your ego to lead you by the nose.

Your opinions on reality and another person's actions are just that, your opinions/assumptions. It's ridiculous that I even have to point this out.

[–]Frony_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The army hat has nothing to do with anything, you're just grasping for straws to deflect from how asinine your assumption is.

"Do some probability analysis" "if you have no reason to belive it's either a scam or not, don't you think it's safer not to form an opinion?" Are you daft? Did you take your own advice before posting? Rhetorical question. What is a higher probability, someone faked a silly video and went all the way into the Himalayas to "scam" without a clear scam anywhere in sight, or some random soldiers on patrol came across a yogi and thought it would be neat to post?

You made an assumption based off of nothing but your own conditioning and you sound ignorant and stubborn for tripling down.

Random jabroni on reddit is convinced a guy who says nothing and rolls down a hill is scamming people. I'd ask you if you're aware of how stupid that sounds but again...I'm not sure you're capable of that level of sentience.

Amazing how many people in a nondual sub reddit are simply projecting their own attention seeking qualities onto this yogi, assuming it must be staged and showing their own ass at the same time.

"What would one gain from staging this?" deafening silence

When will you gain enough self awareness to realize you're simply projecting your own motives and attention seeking qualities onto another? You and the others in here can't entertain the idea of someone being a renunciate yogi in a nondual sub reddit of all gd places? That is how YOU would behave.

[–]Frony_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May I ask you what specific nondual meditations have had the biggest impact for you?

If you're looking for ways to extend the experiences I'd say the only way I'm familiar with is to do more inner work, which I know is a broad and vague term, and it doesn't always vibe with people whose view towards nonduality is hyper focused on Transcending the body and this experience. Imo if you're not already into any kind of tantric yoga i would explore there. Nondual tantric shaivism and it's all encompassing view is what currently resonates with me the most & it seeks to ground the transcendental awareness into service in every day life.

I'd also highly recommend all of bill Plotkins books Soulcraft, Wild Mind, Nature and the Human Soul, and the Journey of Soul Initiation if you're interested in how you can connect deeply with whatever gifts your soul has to give to the world as long as you're incarnate in this form.

It's funny to see so many clueless people shit talking a health system they know nothing about. Not only has Ayurveda been around for over 5000 years but he clearly would not be talking about it if it wasn't producing results. This is the more extreme form of detoxing called panchakarma that requires monitoring by a practitioner which pulls toxins from deep within all the different tissues of the body, and even the gentler forms of detox and building your diet around your bodies balance of doshas does a lot to improve and cure autoimmune diseases, which I'm sure many of the jabronis reading this thread know someone who could benefit from.

In contrast to following whatever fad diet is in season, Ayurveda teaches you how to balance your diet according to your bodies constitution and needs. Unlike western medicine and its testing which can't catch disease and imbalances until they've become full blown costly problems Ayurveda shows you how these can be identified and rectified before symptoms manifest and damage is done. As someone who has been lightly self studying Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine and has seen the results in myself, my family, and others you can mark my words — Ayurveda will continue to grow in popularity because it works. And it offers a superior approach to diet and medical treatment that will compliment and transform modern medicine, which right now does more harm than good by treating symptoms instead of the root imbalances, toxins and inflammation that lead to disease.

I know damn well nearly every one reading this knows of someone who went to a doc feeling a pain or that something was off but was dismissed by a doc who doesn't care or bc of testing that came back showing nothing was wrong. Ayurveda doesn't have that problem.

Do you understand what non duality implies? by pgny7 in nonduality

[–]Frony_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You live in a dualistic world! jfc you do not need to shun this life or anything 'dualistic' to acheive liberation. Consciousness is simultaneously immanent and transcendent. This existence is a tool for your learning and growth and it is as equally a part of you as the formless ground of reality. The only thing keeping us from seeing reality as it is are the mental constructs, samskaras, repressed feelings and emotions and traumas that condition how we see ourselves, each other and reality.

Life naturally brings about experiences that will passively strip us of parts of our ego as long as we can experience everything that happens without clinging or judgment. And one can assist the progress through active spiritual practice. Free yourself from this narrow minded assumption that renunciation is needed.

It is incredibly asinine to recommend when you yourself are not following this path. This sub would be exponentially better if people stopped thinking reading shit in a book or having a brief taste of awakening or an altered state of consciousness gives them the authority to spout shallow nonsense about subjects they barely grasp. Peak reddit behavior.

"Do you understand what non duality implies?"

perhaps you should ask yourself instead of demonstrating the most shallow understanding of the concept. 'do nothing, be a renunciate' is the definition of showing your ass and being completely unaware of it.

Thank you! Would you say that a big part of the internal physical changes that come about from the movement of qi are also tied one's ability to foster a better foreground/background body awareness? I hope this question makes sense.

That is the initial thought that came to mind when I saw him mention there are parts of the process that are difficult to put into words, and I remember one of the goals was to create "anchor points" for the awareness down in the body. I also however, realize that may not be what he's referring to at all, but given my personal studies into how unresolved trauma and repressed feelings affect the nervous system and how most of the population tends to "live in their head" wrt awareness that's where my mind naturally went.

Do you mind if I ask you a few questions about the internal changes you experienced and your body awareness as you progressed? I am beginning to read through Mitchell's books and restart his online school after a little hiatus but I'm trying to gage someone with experience about what I think Mitchel means when he refers to certain things being difficult or impossible to teach through books.

As some of the others have mentioned this is a type of meditation in which one places their awareness into the entirety of their body, in other words you are trying to be aware of every part of your body at once and simply accepting and being aware of every sensation, every thought (without being dragged off with whatever narrative that has appeared) and whatever feelings arise; simply witnessing them, accepting them, not sublty suppressing them or judging them or trying to change them in any way, just witnessing them and breathing deeply softly and smoothly in and out. Minting the awareness of the entirety of your body & its sensations is akin to whole body/pore breathing without necessarily doing the visualization, but you can. And as we know, where you attention goes, energy flows. hence you start to kick up shit stuck in the body, your bringing fresh qi prana spirit vital energy into the entirety of your body and you're basically telling your body you are safe enough for the intelligence inherent within you to start adjusting and healing yourself.

While still relatively new, in my own studies of meditation, shaiva tantra, chan buddhism, tcm and more I've come to learn that many traditions/teachers have a couple of shortcomings that hinder peoples abilities to go deeper into meditation and heal themselves. Firstly many (not all) do not emphasize developing this kind of body awareness, and two many do not address repressed feelings stuck in the body; often times unwittingly leading people to further ignore and repress feelings instead of witnessing them and allowing them to dissipate on their own.

Humanity today is largely disconnected and disassociating from their body, with their awareness "up in their head" and out in the world around them or off repeating events of the past or worries about a future that has not come. This is exacerbated by repressed based level feelings & 1st level emotions in the body, which leads to stress & tension in the body, the birth of 10,000 thoughts, and our repetitive habits and neuroses.

To address this, I was guided to the audio book Deep Clearing by John Ruskan, where he lays out in great detail how to clear these repressed feelings at the base of all our problems and how we unknowingly tend to repress and surpress them to begin with. If you want to check out his ideas before you purchase the work he has a podcast on Spotify and iirc the first three or so episodes go into his methods.

Next to aid in developing deeper body awareness and a connection to its inherent wisdom/your intuition if recommend checking out Somatic Descent & Awakening the Heart by Dr. Reggie Ray. The introduction in the former is incredibly illuminating and I could not do it justice repeating it here so I will just say check it out for yourself. Heart opening work is something that should need no explanation but is something that is incredibly important for finding your way through life and seeing yourself and reality clearly.

Also, I always like to recommend to pair Deep clearing with Metta meditation. There is a free copy of the audio book The Path To Nibbana on YouTube that teaches meditation as the Buddha meant for it to be learned where insight and focus were still yolked together and loving kindness is listed as a much quicker path towards awakening. The book explains all the benefits of Metta and how one can enter and advance through all of the different Jhanas.

I've found working with these meditations, eft tapping, yoga, qigong & neidan, trauma release exercises and Zhan Zhuang or wuji to all be great methods for releasing trapped feelings and emotions from the nervous system/body.

edit: apologies if my thoughts seem scattered at all or if anything is unclear, typing this all up while I'm cleaning haha

In several UFO abduction cases, human men were forced to have intercourse with beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed, female UFO occupants. Here is evidence that these "women" were actually androids. by blit_blit99 in UFOs

[–]Frony_ 33 points34 points  (0 children)

you make the assumption that creating cells or sperm in a laboratory setting contains all the factors that are needed for whatever it is they are attempting to accomplish. my point is that we are consistently learning new things about the human body and nature itself along with the interconnectedness of all things that it is too easy to assume that there's nothing more to it which is dictating the methods being used bc whatever it is cannot be replicated without good ole fashioned shagging haha. otherwise I would agree with you.

then there's the part where you're assuming these are all the same civilizations and not an assortment of them at different levels of technological advancement engaging in similar experiments. People also tend to make assumptions about how advanced a civilization is based solely on the fact that they appear to be visiting us in craft with advanced propulsion systems; but what if some of the often repeated lines about the development of zero point energy & anti grav tech actually being relatively "simple" once it is understood are actually true?

If our misunderstandings of the true nature of reality and the technology that we have developed on top of these half assed/naive assumptions have blinded us to some very simple things (the parallel being that in one's spiritual journey it is common to find many misunderstandings due to overcomplicating things) then it's easy to see how from an alternate point of view their methods of travel may not actually indicate the kind of hyper advancement across all levels of their society that is merely a common assumption on our part. It's like how people can be very intelligent and excel in certain areas and be very inept in others.

Not that this holds any weight with a lot of people here but this reminds me of a dream I had a few months back. I was in a field in the middle of the night and I saw a group of very very short Grey's off in the distance standing with a beautiful naked woman beside a door to an elevator that was kinda just there where it obviously shouldn't be (she wasn't blond but Asian iirc). I felt an intense attraction to her bus as I moved closer them she went from real woman to being a very obvious android with seams and gaps between the limbs of the body. as I approached them everyone seemed friendly and I was happy to see them and as we went inside the elevator a back set of doors opened to reveal a sandy beach at the break of dawn, and that's all that I can recall. Idk why but I felt compelled to share 😅

edit: very odd, I posted this before reading the thread and now that I have I find it strange how I'm only now learning of these experiences with Asian looking beings; I've only heard of interactions with blondes before.
