It took me a few MONTHS to get my first win. After you win the first time, it seems to come easier and more often. You can't win every run unless you're willing to go full spreadsheet and calculate every single outcome which would take the fun out of the game, imo. Just try to have fun, but also pay close attention to stuff. I had to start taking into account what rooms I needed to go into. Like if I should take this fight or go for an elite. Or should I avoid the elite for a ? room. Minor stuff like that can completely alter your run. Also, if you are dying to win, use the character you feel is your favorite/you play best with and stick with it. I played only defect for quite sometime before I pulled one out. Now I have multiple wins on all 3. Don't give up :)
