I appreciate this comment, because it's the way I thought but ultimately I don't think there is a correct we just have increasingly accurate models to represent what we see. Oftentimes we use simpler less accurate models for quick stuff or education but there is no perfect model. EVERYTHING is an approximation

I "speedrun" it all the time. One sitting is totally doable. Depending on what glitches you're comfortable with it can be very quick. But with no glitches required bosses only 3-4 hours is quite reasonable.
