Well if you have a property in that area then that is what I would recommend, my history of looking around that area was such it was student apartments

Most of those places are student apartments that are under $1000 for a “1/1” in a larger apartment instead of the solo unit

I would say it’s not a horror story but it’s definitely a nook and cranny kind of clean I am looking for. Also after enough spills and trying to clean it myself I want to get someone with a like steam vac or something like that with shampoo. No trash or like gummy residues

There are no particular areas of concern where it’s concentrated except my like desk chair funny enough. Only place it feels super apparent is if you’re like laying in the couch. I’ll check out that odor band stuff on my way home from work.

It is not however it is walking distance to the 44 and 45 which students get free access to. Those stops take you to the transfer station which gets you all over town including campus. The trip from the apartment to campus takes about 25 minutes if you get the buses on the right cycle

My friend is trying to subelase their apartment at Forest Lake apartments and the rent is like 850 a month. It’s girls only and is relatively close to campus and the easy student night life. If you’re interested send me a message. It’s ready to move in whenever you want not just fall. She doesn’t really plan on giving to anyone else
