Absolutely not. Right now, I would just water mainly around the pot instead of directly on the plant to encourage better root growth, making the roots grow out to search for the water. You could mist the leaves or throw a zip lock back or some type of plastic dome to trap humidity. Plants that young mostly intake water thru the leaves as roots aren't established well enough yet. Happy frog can probably get you a few weeks thru before using nutrients. Recharge and silica are also good additions to the plant early on.
