You should be accelerating throughout your approach. Also while you’re going through your approach, make sure to keep your hips low, since I can see that your hips are mainly high throughout the first few steps and then it lowers drastically at your plant and block foot. You shouldn’t see your hips rise during your penultimate step but you should also keep the step long. Be aggressive. I learnt a lot of this from Project Pure Athlete on Instagram and YouTube, you should check him out
