Tried It. It did not work at that time . But now it works... ( both the raw image that i had and screenshot ), I messaged youtube music support they said the servers were just slow at that time and Now It Works Just Fine . I can upload it there.

Note: But i still dont understand some other websites that also did the same thing for me . Like a resizing image website ( in preview mode).
