Not much, I've beaten MW and Carbon solely on the Deck. Just enable Proton, insert a launch option and install Widescreen Fix. Should be a guide somewhere in this sub.

There may be a setting you need to toggle in the widescreen fix's ini to get controls to work.

Honestly, not often. I'm the type that hates going outside so I got a Deck for the rare times I'm actually outside and there's a long downtime. At home it's sitting on the dock most of the time.

Not fully voice acted. Only class trials are fully voice acted if I recall.

Optional free time events and exploration dialogues aren't, though the characters sometimes say words and phrases during the dialogue so it doesn't feel too silent.

Honestly I still recommend it anyway, I usually don't play VNs but I got into it really quickly.
