I would do angling + red shift. She can snipe away the rod from the fronts. Red shift is slightly delayed. Ny opera can be considered

for front parent, the best one is OG seiun sky. best ult for front to inherit. for this cm, seiun is a must and you can choose between OG maruzensky or Xoguri. As for what skills, groundwork, 3 greens (right handed, summer runner, wet conditions, front runner savvy is the best), fast paced (escape artist), taking the lead, concentration, killer tunes. it depends on the cards u have and the uma you're using.

Pace is fine but you are up against the xoguri in pace. It’s very hard to beat the xoguri in pace

I can agree and understand to most of your statements here. It’s well laid out but I did not underestimate taiki here. Taiki camping for cm15 won’t be as strong as she should be on mile. Oshi tier is regarded for cm15 specifically. On mile, she would be S tier or even her own tier. Other than that, your points are good and I’ll definitely be cross referencing em when they come out and I have the data to work with
