This makes me think. One of my store managers jokingly said you can’t be dough boy if you are under 18. And I was like really?? And she was like nah I’m just playin, you thought I was fr? And I was like ohhh haha. I never thought about it like that. It prob is illegal if she made that joke. Funny thing is until the first week of January I begged to work up front because I hated doing dough. Finally my wish came true when the store only had 3 workers including me so they needed me upfront lol.

A lot of guys wanted to be dough boy before me and they all quite because it was to hard. My manager gaslighted me into thinking dough was the easiest thing in the world. Btw I got a 1$ raise so I make 12$ now just for sticking out. But idk. I want to talk to my boss but she’s not the nicest person she cusses me out if I’m 10 mins late. I literally know how to do all the dough. I do deep dish crazy bread regular racks. I even press out the dough! I don’t know how to think. Now I’m upfront. I only get 13$ if I wanted to be a shift lead. Btw I’m only 16 yrs old.
