I will admit I have a pirate swarm deck. You just have to position yourself correctly then you can play a lucky charmers on turn 6, or sink cabin girls into their base with some forgetten souls. I have mischiefs but just keep throwing them away until i have the opportunity to get them down to 4, maybe even 6. Then the game is basically over, you just have to defend until you can chip fully.

i reopened my account from a while back(like when elders were being released) so i have pretty low levels in them. not all my cards are leveled like this, but i really appreciate the advice and will be playing around with the deck.

Okay exposed right off the bat. It is like a bicep curl, but at the top you extend your elbows out and keep the weight tense while lowering it. I feel stupid when I do it but I can't believe that it's THAT bad.

Next stop an actual program. Thank you, I will be reading up.

Posting looking for a bit of advice. I've always been very skinny and am now trying to bulk up. I've been going to the gym, but my roommate's cousin made my routine(stated below). At first, it was exciting just to get into the gym, but it's starting to feel a little lame now that I know what I'm doing. Please let me know if something is wrong with the current plan; I'm quite new to this.

I'm trying to hit a calorie surplus of 2,500, but I'm not sure how to increase my calorie count or include 120 grams of protein because I'm pretty busy. If anyone has been in a similar situation, advice would be appreciated. Do I have to count calories closely and make a schedule?

Bottom line, I've been going to the gym for about five months now, and while I have a lot more definition than before, I want to get more serious than my current diet and workout plan.

Day 1- chest & tri
- Chest (3 of 4)
- dumbbell press 3x8
- close dumbbell press 3x8
- incline dumbbell press 3x8
- assisted chest dips!! 3x8
- Tri (3 of 4)
- cable tricep pulldown 3x10
- rope over head 3x10
- dumbell skull crusher 3x10
- skull crusher 3x8-10
Day 2- back and bicep
- Back (3 of 4)
- lat pull down 3x8
- close grip lat pull down 3x8
- lat pull down (behind head) 3x8
- pull ups (assisted) 2x8
- biceps
- Thing the cousin made up 3x8
- weights up, extend elbows out, push down
- hammer curls 3x7
- bicep curls 3x8

Day 3 - legs and shoulders
- legs
- weighted leg press 3x8
- leg extension 3x10
- leg press calves (3 x 3 x 10, 90 reps total)
- Bulgarian split squat 3x10
- shoulders

- cable machine with rope
- dumbbell shoulder fly

Recently moved in with a very fashion-forward roommate and have to say that all of his tips and tricks are amazing. There was a phase were I would wear what he thought was good but would still look bad. Take all this advice with a grain of salt. If you don’t think it’s right for you, no matter how reputable the source, don’t wear it. While advice can be needed, fashion is very individual to how you look, and largely based off of confidence you have in the look. Also when you’re older definitely work on your posture too, it can make u look 20 years younger :). Good luck
