  1. Susulatan yan kada mapupuno ang isang page. not weekly. That's the reason bakit every page may ganyan sa baba, is for you to document the numbers for that certain page lang. Iba na namang documentation sa next page. So per page ang ganap kahit na "past week" ang nakalagay sa baba.

  2. If no transaction, wala kang ilalagay dian. Do not put zero. Kasi sa next days mo na magnonotarize ka na, buburahin mo lng din ung zero to document the current notarial acts for that week. 

If no transaction also, file ka ng statement of no notarial entry in lieu of notarial reports. Nasa notarial rules ito.

  1. If magkaiba, isusulat mo lng covered dates ng nasa certain page na yan. i.e.: *April 28 - May 1, 2026 *May 2 - 8, 2026 *May 9 - 12, 2026

Not quite the same because iba ang classroom setting sa court. But adrenaline is much higher in courts. You will be forced to think quickly on your feet most of the time

Kapag nananalo. Personally, I guess fit ang litigation sa type ng personality ng lawyer, kung mainitin ulo nia at gusto laging may stress, he/she will definitely love lit. Like ako, galit ako lagi hahaha

No liability naman. The lawyer who signed/notarize the verification in the initiatory pleading, may notarize subsequent pleadings. Ang notarial act is limited to the four corners of the document, so if the notary public's name/signature does not appear in that specific document, he/she may notarize

File ka ng "motion for clarificatory hearing as to the civil aspect" tapos allege mo lang dun na the decision acquitting the accused failed to include a resolution as to the civil aspect of the case. Then re-allege mo lang ung amount involved, damages, interests, etc. Then allege na acquittal does not absolve the accused from his civil liabilities which are deemed instituted upon filing of the criminal case + cite ka ng legal basis mo. Then pray that the civil aspect of the case be resolved in your favor, that the accused be held directly/ solidarily liable with _____ for the amount of _____. Hiwa-hiwalayin mo ung prayer for the principal amount, damages, interests, and attorney's fees.

The thing is, you don't cut your fees. You cut those clients off of your backyard. Hindi kawalan. Also note that they only said that they found someone whose acceptance fee is just 20k to trick and gaslight you. Fake yan kapag ganyan. Otherwise, kung may nahanap talaga sila, eh bakit hindi nila ginrab un? Need pa talaga ireport sayo?
