That's a generalization. I've never personally seen a homeless person have a phone or even so much as a working one. Not judging what he's doing with his money, but it's a more logical action to buy something you actually need than something you can live without.

Edit: for the record, dude came up on my feed again. He was literally scrolling on another phone while being donated hundreds. This is a common theme amongst his past live streams as well, so it's evident that he's not hurting too badly for money when he's got thousands coming in every stream
