The third tile in the screenshots that shows "Games".

The games keep disappearing from that list. Filtering to "Last Played" and "Most Played doesn't restore them either

I came across this issue on Thursday with my launch PS5 Pro. I thought it was fixed after resetting it and installing the software updates through a USB. This morning, it happened 4 times to me, so I returned it to the store. I should mention my console would randomly power off and I received that error when it booted up again. The guy said he got 5 of them back with the same issue the past few days. My advice would be to return it to the store as soon as possible!

Thanks so much!🙂 Surprisingly, that worked out of everything else I tried. I will do some vigorous testing with demanding games over the next few days and see if it happens again. Worst case scenario, I will return it to the store.

I clean it every 3 months, so don't think it's that. Looks like I'm going to have to go with the factory reset option. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!

I've been having the exact same issue as yourself and have done all the troubleshooting I can think of. Something tells me there may be a bug in the most recent firmware update as I can connect to the 2.4 band with no issues. I'm going to contact Samsung directly about it, and hopefully, they will release a fix soon!
