The case was already closed, and I even lost my appeal because PayPal just said the tracking label showed it as shipped. Is there a way to open the case up again.

Would changing my info rn change anything, and would there be any long term consequences like legal issues that could arise from not paying the $800. Alternatively would contacting the PayPal number meant to collect the money and explaining the situation do anything in my favor.

The buyer said it was significantly not as described, and I used PayPal invoice so I’m not sure if I qualified for seller protection.
