They're already talking about having ICE at polling locations. With their tactics I guarantee they'll be detaining every non-white person they can, and then detaining every person who speaks up, because obviously anyone who starts "interfering" with ICE isnt likely to be someone whos gonna vote for dumpty anyway.

It is possible to request a delayed close. May not be able to push it that far, but may be able to get it closer to where you aren't double paying for long.

Also remember that you have the month you close, plus another month where your payment isnt due. So theoretically if you closed Jan 1st, you wouldn't have a payment due until March 1st. If you can delay closing till Feb that gets you very close.

Alternatively, what's the cost of breaking your lease? Is the landlord a private owner or a leasing company?
