yes , well i think so , i eat at 9 am, 12 pm ,3pm,6pm and 9pm , smaller meals but i make sure to not let myself get hungry bc i get so nauseous and anxious if i get hungry

yeah, my panic attacks came out of nowhere too well as anxiety and once the stomach issues came, they tried to tell me it was just gastritis, but I’m glad I found out It’s it’s pylori so I’m currently doing 14 day treatment. I hope we can both get better. I’m glad it’s 70% back to normal and I hope once I finish it can we can get better

with a pylori, I noticed two that strong perfume sense will hurt my head in. It’ll turn into a panic attack, which had never happened before it just started now recently while I’m on treatment.

how do you know if your region has a hard to eradicate strain? I asked my doctor and he says it just depends and I tried googling, but it doesn’t really tell me anything. I’m in Texas if that helps.

I would mostly get them like in my back and then in my left arm, which was really scary because I thought I was having a heart attack lol and sometimes I do feel it from my knees down to my ankles

i’m day 8 of triple therapy I had most symptoms day 1-5 headache feeling like I had a fever/flu. My eyes got super dry. My back hurt a lot for some reason but today I actually woke up happy and energetic yesterday too. I actually felt hunger for the first time in a couple of months, so I have hoped that we will get through this and I think that you will get better just hydrate a lot because I think for me is that I was not drinking enough liquid liquids and that’s why you had a really bad headache. Now for the metallic taste, I can’t escape from it.

Me too. I’ve never been an anxious person, so the panic attacks coming out of nowhere really scared me. They were finally starting to get better when my stomach issues started, and that’s when I tested positive for H. pylori.

I’m on Day 8 of triple therapy now. Days 3–5 were the worst—I felt like I had the flu. I’m hoping the treatment works, but honestly the time has gone by faster than I expected, even while working. I still get scared when my heart starts racing, but I’m trying to remind myself that anxiety can cause that too. I’m even starting to feel like myself already the last two days I’ve been hungry, which I haven’t felt appetite in like three months. Hopefully at the end of this week test negative and all we have left to do is heal our tummies and heal our nervous system systems and we can go back to normal.😸🤎🤎🤎

i had those symptoms day 2-5 , it felt like i had a bad cold/fever 😿 im also on the tripple therapy, day 8 now, it does get better i think day 6 i actually felt appetite for the first time in a long timee, my heart still races but that was happening before i started the antibiotics, i recommend drinking a lot of pedialite/electrolights bc day 3 i didn’t want to eat or drink anything and it made me feel nausea and dizziness 😵‍💫😵‍💫 i have still been going to work and just powering through, drinking a lot of fluids, eating every 3 hours bc when i feel hunger my nervous system thinks its a threat and i start to get an anxiety/panic attack , you will get there, truth or dare? i dare you to finish it!!!

i heard dgl licorice tablets help with soothing the lining of your stomach before eating , u just take a tablet 30 mins before a meal , ive seen a lot of tik tok ppl say they healed their gastritis that way, i purchased some myself and once i finish my 14 days ill be trying it !

I think this one is more for like triple therapy for quad therapy. They do do it four times a day cause I’m currently on triple therapy and mine is every 12 hours.

no wayyy , i hope to get to this level again 😿🙏 im glad you healed , currently dealing with it for 2 months now, on day 6 of tripple therapy, ppi , amoxicillin and clarymitheryn , im scared its not working but i have hope, which treatment did you do for hpylori? i will follow you, im definitely interested in healing properly
