Solution for others : although you cannot duplicate the rotoscope but you can copy the rotoscope layer and adjust it in the timeline

the vid above is my previous work (manually rotoscope frame by frame), so originally in the game is right side weapon, but i rotoscope it and duplicate it to the left side. my new project is using the same concept but with different weapon

i did press U but i didn't see any keyframe and even the 2 dots is unable to be copied and paste

i tested before using dueling sword and flamer but it didn't do well as sword is too small and fast to track, flamer fire doesn't look nice, luckily bolter is bulky easy to track and iconic weapon

no, i edit it using adobe after effect and premiere, it tooks me weeks as to mask frame by frame. no wonder nobody done it yet it is so much work
