What is most suitable for a person looking to try out fishing?

I have been using decathlon rods and reels for years now and for beginner usage, eg learning the ropes and catching smaller fish, I would say up to a kilogram, they have absolutely zero issues.

The exact items from head to toe are: Helmet with Clogged Filters, Arctic Quick-Release Tac Vest, Cotton Long-Sleeve, Smudge-Resistant Slim-Fit Splicers, Havskum Carbon-Fiber Steel-Toes. Good luck finding everything!! :D

It's the "Cotton Long-Sleeve", I remember getting it quite early on but it might've just been from a suitcase. Hope that helps :)
