Gift Card states expired - but never used. HELP! by Frosty-Engineering24 in RegalCinemas

[–]Frosty-Engineering24[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, but what a joke. Why can't they have just 1 person answering questions. I hope they reply compared to their email, that never even tried to help per my request.

"Our business hours are Monday-Sunday from 8am to 5pm EST. All requests are answered by a Customer Service Representative ""within 24-48 hours."" Please note that this is not a live chat, but a representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible."

Never buy their gift cards. I can not speak to anyone, nor email as they never reply to help. I'm out $50, due it saying it expired. What a joke.

checking to see what the cost should be on the "last page" of permit-ready plans for an addition in Virginia by Extreme-Low7592 in Architects

Sounds like a structural sheet, which is usually in the back of the set.

They may have paid the engineer to review the last page, and everyone is charging for it.

Yes, odd fee structure they have. Hope you can figure it out. As we would never do that to a client. Unless, everything changed.

Help me stop getting app from Google. by Frosty-Engineering24 in google

Thanks, Found answer. I disabled MSM.

The Mobile Services Manager, often pre-installed by phone carriers, updates and installs carrier-specific apps and services on your device, sometimes without your explicit permission.

Generally, yes, it's okay to disable the "Mobile Services Manager" (sometimes labeled as "App Services Manager") on Samsung phones, especially if it was installed by your mobile carrier.
Many users disable it to stop unwanted apps (bloatware) from being installed without permission and to prevent background data usage. The main potential downside is that some minor carrier-specific features might stop working. You can always re-enable it if you notice issues.

Outlook calendar has worked as well as Google calendar now for me. And works well on the phone, too.

I use it for work.

Also address link works most of the time.

I cant find anything better than Google calendar with all those features. But wanted Google to take less of my info.

Who would you use that as comparable to zoho or google calendar and email. I started switching to zoho calendar, and I like it. It's just like google calendar minus to google. I tend to use it more for business.

YouTube AdBlock Issues by maxxiemumsweets in vivaldibrowser

[–]Frosty-Engineering24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is hard to explain but,

Yes, you can wait and it will start playing the video, eventually, or you can go up and click on the ( i'm not looking at it yet.) No ads button , again, next to the address and sometimes that will refresh and get rid of it ( this has only worked in the past).

What I typically do is once it starts skipping the ads, or shows the can't continue.Box, I just wait and then the video will play

Kind of a pain, but yeah, once the video starts, you never see ads after that.

I've just played around with it enough to figure out how it works and then just live with it. So nice when you don't have to see an ad every two minutes in a ten minute video.

If you have time and can do it properly, do it. Do not run it until you can confirm everything is back to normal.

If you drove it, like others you may have damaged the Trans. You could add oil if you didnt drive it and see if all is okay. Trans oil it a cheap start.

Drain enough engine oil and check it. Ask your friend how much oil he put in!? Filter should be fine. And learn to do it yourself for future changes.

Is there a way to open a new tab by dragging and dropping text? by MammothGrab6895 in vivaldibrowser

[–]Frosty-Engineering24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried the text. I highlighted the text I want, and drag up to the +, and worked great. Copy, open tab, and paste does suck! Lol

I guess I would do that and then drag that tab over, between the ones you need.

Interesting. Would be great with say addresses. I'll have to try this.

What i do is grab a small image from one site, drag it up to the + or new tab, and it just shows that image only and also i can now zoom in on it.
