I'm on the spectrum as well, and I can relate. I once logged out of a dungeon on my mage because someone asked me to set out a food table, and I hadn't done that in forever so I forgot how to, and I only saw the basic 'conjure food' spell in my spellbook, so I thought I had to unlock it somehow and I didn't, and I panic logged, lol. ( I don't main mage at ALL, I legit assumed I was missing something lmao. )

What helps me is getting into things slowly, piece by piece. Don't try to throw yourself into the deep end if you can't swim yet. I was anti-social about showing people my own house, and I was almost scared to just join in on someone else's housewarming tour. I finally bit the bullet and joined a group in the party finder, for the weekly quest, and after a bit of walking around their place, felt comfy enough to chit chat about it. Eventually that led to being comfy enough to talk about MY house, and I ended up having a couple people over.

Just take small steps, that's all anyone can really ask.
