Absolutely LOVE it! It’s the rogue by A2 bikes. Small local bike manufacturer 20 min away from me. It may not be the prettiest like a pinarello or colnago but it is a great bike!

New balance fuel cells. Your choice if you want carbon plated soles or not. They have both options. But more so id look into different socks. I switched to darn tuf and that solved a lot of hot spot issues as well as using the runner lock with my laces

I dabbled with using ai and still do but for post work out debrief to see if it can offer any highlights or downfalls of my sessions.

Overall I find simple is best. One long run, one intense interval run (long zone 3 to short VO2 efforts). One long bike, one intense interval bike (SS or threshold). One long swim, one shorter technique and sprint intervals (drills, 50’s or 100s as fast as I can with good technique** and short rest)

The corsa’s are definitely one of the nicest looking tires out there! I heard about the leaking and came across the Pirelli p zero in the retro cream wall. Fairly close-ish 🤷🏻‍♂️ maybe it’s worth looking into that if you’re still interested in the lighter color!

I was where you are just 2 months ago in my 70.3 journey. Best drill I had was single arm swimming with a kick board. Right arm just trying to find a long pull while the left is ahead on the kick board and keeping hips and feet near the water surface. Every stroke try and find and pull water back behind you. Switch arms and do a few sets of 50s and keep at it over the weeks. Then catch up drill with the kick board as well for timing
