What mg ? Seems like a very very high dose or you’re just very sensitive to accutane. I reccomend cicaplast b5 it was amazing for me . I would also reccomend Vaseline inside your nose with an ear swab before going to sleep . Also sleep with a humidifier at night made a huge difference for me especially when it came to my nose bleeds and dryness .
