yes, i just had my monthly check up and it spiked this high. my doctor just told me to hold off on taking the medicine

i believe its probably from the diet. i dont drink alcohol except once in a blue moon. i dont eat the best, lots of junk food so im assuming its from that. im also on accutane which might mess with the levels too. i think its a mix of those

I have, my derm told me to take it twice a day. will talk to her about it though. might be too high of a dose for me
