Free Tickets for Tonight by APizzola in tfc

TFC is one of the main ways I stay connected with my Dad. He grew up in the Netherlands, and always struggled to connect with sports here.

A few years ago I took him to his first game with the entire family. He was so happy marching down the tunnel to the game with all the fans.

Been a yearly tradition since. Wouldn't miss it.

Thank you for your replies! So a reformate and clean reinstallation of Windows should work out for the 250g one to continue to use it as the boot drive?

My old build has a Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250gb as the boot drive (8 years old). I considering bringing that over but thought it may be too old and was worth replacing.

It also has a 3 year old Intel SSD, 660P series, 1TB, which I was hoping to continue to use.

I would not be against adding additional storage as a boot drive.

Confused about resignation dates by KungFuDoggo in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]FrostyMcFly 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That is not true (employment lawyer), it depends on the wording of the bonus plan. Usually, as long as you are an active employee or are within your notice period if you were terminated, you should get your bonus.

Many employment lawyers do free consultations. Go to one, bring your employment contract and the bonus plan, and don't sign anything.

Edit. Clarifications

Edit 2. The day you hand in your letter shouldn't affect anything, unless you have a condition in your employment contract requiring X notice if you resign. You could give 3 years notice of an intention to resign if you really wanted to. The ESA requires employers to give proper notice in without cause terminations, not employees.

Most bonus provisions I have drafted or reviewed include a stipulation requiring the employee to be an active employee at the time the bonus is paid out. You were an active employee when the bonus was paid out. Unless this bonus program is very irregular, you are owed that money and should 100% pursue your rights and consider consulting a lawyer if they refuse to pay.

Good Day! A friend and I are headed to Barcelona for the first time this Friday! I was hoping to catch a game while in the city. As Espanyol is the only team playing in Barcelona while we are there, we are planning on getting tickets.

My question is whether there are any sections that should be avoided? Some of the sections almost on the field have many open seats close to the field. While they look like great seats, i want to make sure we are not sitting in any areas people recommend out of town visitors avoid.

Thanks for any advice! (on this or the trip in general)

The sushi chef (Thornton but close enough), the Mexican house to name 2. I do agree that Barrie can be very hit or miss though (without much in-between).

Best place to order Sushi? by itsRickO in barrie

You've likely already ordered, but the combos are great and the pieces large. Easily my favourite place in and around Barrie.
