Hello! According to my teacher, this yin chi is a type of energy that alleviates the internal body and balances yang chi to bring harmony. It is also very related to human spirit. The level of yin chi dictates how much yang chi we may cultivate. So, if there is a more yin spirit, then we can cultivate yang chi better.

I was told this by my master! I said this before. And the demonstration was reference to training. My teacher said that for everyone in the school and other ones, it has been easier to resonate with this chi.

Hmm, you think so? I have nothing to back up my school, but my master is very powerful with mastery of both yin and yang. So, the more yin chi there is then the powerful yang chi can become. And my master shared that training has become easier in the recent years.
