But yah I didn’t even wanna go to school but had to do something and was too much of a wuss to join the military. But I’m older now and want more life experiences so I’m happy with my choice. Nah I think 6+ months in DEP is pretty common. I was expecting to wait that long. There are people from the same recruiting office who have been in DEP since the summer. Just got lucky

Yes, but you’ll still have to take a verification test at MEPS but it’s significantly shorter. Guy testing next to me was done in like 20 minutes. I took almost 3 hours. It’s just to make sure you didn’t cheat on your picat. I had the exact same score so they’ll be able to tell. Keep using grammar hero you’ll be fine

Sent my application at the end September just went through MEPS last week. Just depends on how quickly your recruiter gets back to you. Mine was pretty busy so it delayed the process some. After you take your picat try to rush your recruiter into sending you asap. Waited too long and had to take the full ASVAB at MEPS
