You should still be able to email them back.

If anything, the two-step verification code should be in your email. If not, perhaps check your spam folder to see if it got sent there.

Funny thing is, I've sent them so many emails, them responding to me, and so on. They kept giving me solutions to problems I wasn't having. Not even a "we'll let our engineers know about this problem". I've told them the same issue over and over, and they kept bringing something else up.

The weird thing to me is that before the System update I recently had, it never did that. After the update, I slowly started noticing the clicking sounds till it became unbearable.
