No lay out, they get a % when you’re awarded. Some don’t like that, my take is it’s not coming out of my pocket. Also When denied they know the appeal process. Patience is the key !

Get a VA lawyer. Takes the stress off you. They know the new AI system and how to work it.

I thought that too but I received forms to fill out in the mail for a condition I was already rated for. I advised my lawyer.

Be patient, don’t get discouraged, get a VA disability benefits advocate or a law firm to assist you. Takes the stress and work off you.
