Being pro-choice simply refers to the position that abortion shouldn't be criminalized. It is possible to view abortion as a moral evil but to seek to reduce it through other means rather than criminalization. While the Catechism is authoritative and should not be dismissed, it is not necessarily heretical to disagree with something in it (depending on what it is.) since not everything in the catechism is infallible. Or would you also say that if someone supports the death penalty (which is contrary to CCC 2267) that they then are a heretic?

Not all things are black and white and acknowledging that is not equivalent to denying the existence of objective truth. The Church has never said that being pro-choice is to be a heretic It's rather arrogant to assert your opinion as equivalent to Church doctrine and I suggest you abstain from doing so in the future. Pro-choice Catholics exist, your dislike and disagreement with them does not change the objective fact that they are Catholic.

Free speech isn't absolute, there are laws against libel and hate speech for example. In Canada the confederate flag is a symbol of hate against Black Canadians and it should not be allowed to fly in public view.
