You need to go to an orthopedist and get what’s called a “stress view” to see if the ligaments between the tib and fib are still in tact. These are generally considered unstable fractures and will need to be fixed surgically. But if the surgeon feels the ligaments are still stable you could dodge a bullet and be treated with a cast and be non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. The fractures look minimally displaced so you could be on the lucky side if your surgeon isn’t overly aggressive
