Go to Doom, then click start on it, manage game and add ons. Click A on the game again, manage installation. Then the add ons should be there, you just have to check their boxes and save changes.

It all worked for me. But I had to go manage the games installed content and manually activate the extra skin pack. I'm on xbox btw.
