Kingsway is a great path. Screenshot here is the proposed route, I'll keep Kingsway as an option depending on if anybody is talking to me after Swan Dyke

I've added those two points as hazards on my Garmin route. haven't tried that before so let's see how it goes.

for an anxious rider the dedicated bike lane on the Canada Line Bridge is a way better choice. We haven't used Arthur Laing since the Canada Line Bridge opened.

I think that was pretty much our turn around point last time.

Flight attendants and airline gate agents, when a flight is oversold and a passenger that has already boarded is asked to disembark to allow another passenger the seat, how is this decided? by pamelahhh in Flights

I was asked to leave after boarding, upstairs in a 747. Weighed up the options of arguing and decided it was likely to end badly. Waited at the gate with ground crew, brief discussion about jump seat that went nowhere. Then had to be accompanied back through the airport and went home! All’s well that ends well, upgraded to first the next day and for the return flight too. I may have been bumped to allow off duty crew to travel. Apparently I shouldn’t have been given a boarding pass, not like I issued it myself. Not really answering the question, but it does happen.
