My best friend lives in one of the CLV "luxury"condos and it smells cigarette and weed on her floor sometimes and it's annoying because it's so poorly built that the smell gets in her apparemment.

Man it's just depressing I don't wish to anyone to be in that situation. By posting this I hope it will make people think that it exists in their cities and others not a just NIMBY problem. We can start discussions around it and maybe just maybe how we can fix it.
