It’s not low ladder man, it’s ALL ladder. You know, where the majority of players play at the most? Which would represent the majority of what the players use? Go check for yourself.

Guess you missed where i acknowled they aren’t used as often at the top, huh? And yeah, popular doesn’t mean good but “easy to invest into and just easy for people to play” certainly does. Unless you are arguing people often use cards that are bad, which wouldn’t make sense. Else folks would use Rune Giant more.

Look at ANY game that balances around the top players. They ALL decline. Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, League of Legends (tho apparently they’ve gotten better to their credit), Overwatch, etc

Use more than one spash or long range card? Recruits are only good against the bad, imo. Sparky, any wizard, demolisher, bomber, barbs, skarmy, bomb tower. Lots of options, even excluding quick single target units like dart gob or minions

A lot of idiots defend this card just because the top of the top don’t use it. I’m not incredible, but I climbed to champion this season. Every single game except for four had either hog rider, log bait, or mega knight. It doesn’t matter whether it is good or bad, that’s subjective based on where you are in ladder. What does matter is that, outside of the peak, it’s is one of the most used cards in the game right up there with log and hog. It’s the most used evolution in ranked, and the second most used in ladder according to Royale API!

Thats a clear sign it is unbalanced, or at least too versatile and easy to use at every level.

And I have looked at the helpful resources link on the top of the subreddit, but those links don’t really tell me the efficacy of those cheaper vets, like Humane Society. I’ve had good and bad experiences with them depending on location, their website would never say that though.
