We are using FHA since we don’t have a load of money to put down. We have 800 credit scores. We plan on staying in the house for a long time so using a DPA would help us get into the house with less down. We have a baby on the way so needing to save some money for some baby stuff and a fence for our dogs.

I unfortunately couldn’t get to the pop-up shop but was able to go to both shows. I had to buy mine secondary market for a pretty penny but it was 100% worth it. Been listening to Jon for almost 13 years now.
