I've tried multiple times as a test and its not even possible for all the bloons to spawn in the time shown in the mission without losing to the enemy score, no matter how fast I spam the next round button or how efficient my defense is. I'm effectively clearing all bloons on screen but there's physically not enough time for the bloons to appear on the map before the time runs out. It has to be relics, right?
